Heat treatment ( reference ) :

1.Annealed:840-860C slowly cooling, Hardness≤255HB. 

2.Quenching:1000-1050°C air cooling.

3.Tempering temperature andHardness:

Delivery condition: 

EAF+LF+VD+(ESR), rolled / forged, annealed / Q+T, black/peeled/turned, UT tested

Characteristics:
